Use Policy

This Use Policy governs how you may use StackedIntel™ and the data it provides. Violations are material breaches of our Terms of Service and result in immediate account termination without refund, and may result in legal action.
1. Permitted Use
StackedIntel™ is licensed for your own internal real estate investment and acquisition activities only. You may use lead data, signals, and analytics to identify, research, and contact property owners for the purpose of legitimate real estate transactions.
2. Prohibited, Redistribution and Resale
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any data, lead lists, or reports generated by StackedIntel™ to any third party, in whole or in part, whether for compensation or for free. This includes sharing exports, screenshots of lead data, or API output with individuals or entities who do not hold their own active StackedIntel™ subscription. Violations of this provision will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil litigation for damages.
3. Prohibited, Competing Products
You may not use StackedIntel™ data or methodologies to build, train, or enhance any competing product, service, or dataset. You may not use the Service to reverse-engineer our scoring models, signal definitions, or data collection methods.
4. Prohibited, Automated Access Without Authorization
You may not use bots, automated data extraction tools, or other automated access methods to access the StackedIntel™ platform beyond the intended user interface. All authorized integrations must be performed through our documented APIs or approved third-party connections.
5. Prohibited, Illegal Use
You may not use StackedIntel™ data to engage in harassment, stalking, fraud, discrimination, or any other illegal activity. Data on property owners is provided for professional real estate research only. Use of owner contact information must comply with applicable telemarketing laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and fair housing regulations.
6. Prohibited, Account Sharing
Each subscription is a single-user license. You may not share your login credentials, API keys, or platform access with any other individual or organization. Sharing is a violation of this Use Policy and our Terms of Service, subject to immediate termination without refund.
7. Data Accuracy and Professional Responsibility
StackedIntel™ aggregates publicly available records. We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before making investment decisions, contacting property owners, or initiating legal proceedings. We are not liable for any action you take based on data provided by the Service.
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance with this Use Policy. Suspected violations may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue civil remedies for damages caused by violations, including but not limited to redistribution of our proprietary data.
9. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this Use Policy, including redistributing or reselling StackedIntel™ data, please report it to legal@stackedintel.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
