StackedIntel™ aggregates publicly available county court and tax records. This data originates from government sources and is not collected from private individuals. We display this data in organized, searchable form for professional real estate research purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate about your account, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (infrastructure), Sentry (error tracking), and Crisp (customer support). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and do not meet the 90-day pause eligibility threshold, lead data associated with your account is permanently deleted. After account closure, we may retain minimal records (billing history, legal communications) for up to seven years as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and periodic security reviews. No system is 100% secure. We will notify you of any confirmed breach affecting your personal data as required by applicable law.
